Education - The "Why"
In order to successfully implement changes in your business, employees need to understand why the changes are being made. Our staff can give your company the necessary background education required to understand the principles behind MRP and ERP systems. We can also analyze your current systems and procedures and recommend strategies based on best-of-breed practices in the industry.
We also recommend membership and education through the non-profit organization APICS - The Educational Society for Resource Management (www.apics.org). This organization offers courses through local community colleges at a very reasonable cost, to educate your staff in principles of manufacturing management.
Training - The "How"
Once your staff understands the principles, they will need training in how to use the tools that are part of the solution. We can provide this training on your site or at our training facility in Mississauga. The details will be worked out with your project leader during implementation planning.
We also offer regular courses at our facility to deal with advanced concepts or train new staff that have joined your company.
